A ribbon is spiraled around a bottle of champagne or if you prefer, sparkling cider.  It is dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with colored sugar.  Finally, the chocolate dipped bottle is wrapped in clear cellophane with colorful patterns for each holiday theme.  Chill the bottle until you are ready to enjoy the champagne, and pull the ribbon to break off pieces of chocolate!
